Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of Prompt Vault and want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase.

This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. Refunds are not available for subsequent renewal payments unless requested within 30 days of the renewal date.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • Provide a valid reason for the refund request (though we do not require a reason)
  • Have made the purchase directly through our website or authorized payment processor

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us using one of the following methods:

Please include your account email address and the date of purchase in your refund request. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your request.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Your subscription will be immediately canceled
  • You will lose access to premium features at the end of your current billing period
  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

Note: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take up to 10 business days.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Important: Canceling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds are only available within the 30-day guarantee period as described above.

If you cancel after the 30-day period, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions canceled after the 30-day guarantee period
  • Renewal payments (unless requested within 30 days of renewal)
  • Accounts that have been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Gift subscriptions (refunds must be requested by the purchaser)

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider instead of contacting us directly for a refund, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issues promptly and amicably.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
